Thanks for your reply. If you or another reader of the note would like to respond to me personally am at hiall@fuse.net We always figured that the Zornow name came from "anywhere East" and it was probably a contrived name of maybe even Russian origin. It is my personal guess that the name was a result of the chaos caused by Napolean in the Russina seige of 1812. If anyone has anything more than a guess please reply as you wish. Thanks, WBB
