Nickie,
My Greatgrandfather was Joseph Zettle, I know he had two daughters, Margret and my Grandmother Ethel and at least one son also Joseph. We were living in Lorain Ohio when I was born in 1938, My Greatgrandfather was still alive at that time, From what I understand he had been in the German army. I'm realy not sure if they were from Germany, Rumania, or Hungry. But I do remember that my Ggrandfather did not speak any english. My Grandmother was born in 1901, the rest I'm not sure of, I don't know when they came to the states.
