Earl,
I do have this info but i also have a John Peneton m. Sarah Zerkel at about the same time.
This is the inconsistancy i am trying to straighten out:
John Peneton b. june 12, 1840 Fairfield Co. OH Maried Sarah Zerkel feb 4, 1863 she was b.jun 12 1845 and died feb 27 1899 in Richland Co. IL
I don't know if Sarah Zerkel Mcentyre and Sarah Zerkel Peneton could be cousins or some other relationship, but all these years we assumed that they, John Peneton and Sarah Zerkel were cousins.
My dad drove back to Indiana years ago and he is the one that Forrest met. Iam James M. and he is James E..
