I am searching for information on Daniel Zeluff, born Nov. 26, 1780, Married Susan Morris ca 24 Oct 1809 in NJ. They moved to Mentz, Cayuga Co., NY by the year 1820. He died there on 13 May 1833 and is buried in Mentz Cemetery.
They had a daughter, Lydia Clark Zeluff, b. 3/24/1810 who married Carlton Corbett in 1832. I think they also had a son, David Morris Zeluff, b. 1822 in Mentz and married Mary J. She is buried with a young daughter and Daniel. David had 12 children. Later, David and some of his children moved to Penn Yan, NY.
There is a Benjamin Zeluff, b. 1812 who married Eliza Dykeman. They lived in Wayne Co., NY. Am trying to ascertain if this Benjamin is a son of Daniel and Susan.
Who are there other children? What happened to Susan when Daniel died? She is not buried with him. Did she remarry?
