Hi there! I am writing from Victoria, Canada (West Coast) and just wanted to say that I found this script of Zeluf family history by Aunt May Gideon and was wondering if anyone has read it.
My father's family (Stephenson's) are originally from Hall County, Nebraska, and we are descendents of George. My grandfather moved to Leduc, Alberta, and then up to Hines Creek area, North of Grande Prairie to farm. Does anyone know when the family came over?
Anyway, I am floored, to say the least, because I thought that side of the family was Scottish, so to see Dutch is/was a real shock to me, and via New York. That's the other end of the world from here!
I'd love to share info with anyone, and could sit down and type this out if anyone is interested. Thank you very much...
