I purchased a small Bible for my wife, and it has Zell family history in it.
Chester Franklin Zell (b. 9/7/1877)
Henry Franklin Zell, son of Abraham N. Zell and Lydia Diller Zell (d. 1/11/1882). Age 24
Clarence Norse Zell (b. 4/23/1880; d. 2/28/1916 at 12:30 PM).
Blanche Zell (b. 3/8/1882)
The Bible was owned by Clarence Zell. There is an earlier name: Nancy S. Spencer 1850, so it must have been hers first.
I have no idea where the family originated.
