Mrs. Nora Ella Hopkins, 71, wife of Charles Edward Hopkins of 405 South Webster Street, died at 8:30 a.m. today at the St. Joseph Hospital.
The daughter of George J. and Dora Zech, she was born May 14, 1885, at Liberty Center.She had been a resident of Ottumwa for a number of years.
Surviving, besides her husband, are two daughters, Mrs. Raymond McCall of Centerville, and Mrs. Ethel Orman of Ottumwa; four grandsons; three sisters, Mrs.______ McCarthy of Ottumwa, Mrs. Ollie Booth of LeRoy, Minn., and Mrs. Laura Nutter of Marysville, Wash., and two brothers, Glen Zech of Dallas, Iowa, and Harry Zech of Knoxville.She was preceed in death by four brothers and one sister.
The body is at the Traul funeral Home where funeral arrangements are pending.

Funeral services for Mrs. Nora Ella Hopkins, 71, of 405 South Webster Street will be held Thrusday at 2 p.m. at the Traul funeral home, in charge of the Rev. Bruce Matthews of First Christian Church of Centerville.Mrs. Hopkins died Monday morning at the St. Joseph hospital.
Burial will be in Memorial Lawn cemetery.Pallbearers will be Robert Lewis, Robert Orman, Donavan Orman, Floyd Stoffa, Elton Adams, and Harry Hollingsworth.
