hi i am Christine R. Zarate from Phillippines but i am not from pangasinan i originated from Leyte and definitely that family name come from one family only but there are lots of zarates in our town particularly in one barrio(brgy. our ancestoers own 3 barrios...i learned tha my great grand father named Lamberto Zarate is a soldier of course i didnt see him.my grandfather is the oldest of the 12 children unfortunately he didnt finish any degree bec he ia diassbled. well to descride the zarate in leyte we have fair complexion has round bright eyes..lol. and thick lips but not so thick its nice to look at most of my relatives or aunts have light brown hair and curly most of us are tall and skinny specially the men not me anymore bec i am thje 4th generation... i am only 22....i really want to trace my origi and want to know more my relatives....as i have known zarate in leyte comne in one family only...my great grand father was married to alejandra fulache.....i leraned that my ancestor own a big land area in our hometown.... if you are one of the zarates yopu can message me and know me more...thanks i am looking forward to know my traces whre i originate....
