Hi George!

I am Renoir Vinluan from Cavite, Philippines. If your father, Dr. Mario Zarate, is the one who used to work in UNILAB. Then we are related. Since my father, Jesus Vinluan, is a cousin of Dr. Mario Zarate whom I knew lived in Sampaloc, Manila.

I used to lived in Tayabas St., Sta. Cruz, Manila and uncle Mayong (that's what we call him) sometimes visits us when I was still very young.

I hope this can shed light to the relationship of the Zarate and Vinluan.
