Albine ZAPF b. 1875 Sudentenland?

Hello.

My gggrandmother Albine Zapf was supposedly born in the Sudentenland (sp.?) in 1875. She married Henry Schultheiss, an art dealer from New York.

Does anyone have any idea how I could find more information on her family? Are there resources in Germany or the Czech Republic that I could take advantage of via the web?
