Yes, I know what you mean, as well as the previous post on this string. Not just first names, but middle names too. Two of my cousins--brother and sister--are named Jonathan and Betty. My brother has the middle name Arthur, from both of our grandfathers. My son's middle name is Isaac, after my ancestor. Cousin Betty's daughter has the middle name Myerrah, after our Wyandot ancestor. Some of my uncles had some rather uncommon names: Loman Theron, Austin Travis, Montelle Garner, Edwin Odelle, Justin Thayer. Oops! That last one was my dad! I'm reading a book by Allan Eckert, called THAT DARK AND BLOODY RIVER. He, like Zane Gray, says that the immigrant Zane was named Ebenezer, and that he was Danish; Diane Nichols says the Immigrant was Robert Zane, from England. Eckert also never mentions Isaac Zane in his book; what's funny is, he lives rather close to Zanesfield, which Isaac founded.
