It has a lot of Zanders from WI
I am a fellow researcher and I would love for someone to tell me they saw photos of past relatives that I could by on the net. So I decided to leave this message for whoever is interested!!! Good luck!
Here is what the album has:

"This photo album was acquired from a family estate sale in Antigo,
Wisconsin and contains photographs from the BERNER and
ZANDER family with the following family names written on many of
them; Johann Berner - Witts - Tillie & Albert Heidman - Aunt Lena &
Uncle Tom Berner - Ferdinand & Anna Zander Terens (grand daughter
of Fred Zander) - Ferdinand & Anna Zander Heyroth - Albert Heyroth
- Bertha Zander - Arthur Zander - Mr & Mrs Becker - Ida & Emil
Rasch - Emil (brother of Ella Rezek) - William Berner (son of William
Berner) - Erma Berner - Fred, Mary, Otto & Henry Berner - Mary
Berner - Emma Zander (daughter of William Zander) - Louis Zander -
Aunt Rosa Zander - Uncle Fred Zander. The photographer studios of
the above photographs were taken in Manitowoc, WI - Antigo, WI -
Milwaukee, WI - Two Rivers, WI - Marinette, WI - Cleveland, WI -
Manistee, Michigan - & Sheboygan, WI. Most were taken in Antigo,
Wisconsin. The photographs are individual and group photos of family
members from childhood through old age. Not all the photographs
have the family names written on them. Not all of the sleeves have
pictures in them. 34 cardboard pages.

I also have another Victorian photo album from this estate, filled with
old pictures, which I'll be putting up soon on Ebay. There are no names
on the photos in this second album.

I'd also like to add the following genealogical information of which
some matches up with the ZANDER names in the photo album:
