Daniel,

Is there any chance that you may be refering to George J. Zahn? His middle name might have been Johan.

George may also have spelled his name Georg.
The Georg(e) J. Zahn I am refering to, is from a line of Zahn's that immigrated to the USA from Wurtengurg, Germany (1824).
Geroge J. Zahn was closely related to Christian Jacob Zahn, Barbara Doretha (who died in child birth), John Gottlieb Zahn, Mary Zahn, Katherine Christina Zahn (nicknmae Kate),
Johan Georg Zahn Jr. (born 1-14-11823 near Stutgart, Germany died 03-18-1887 burried in Lodi Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan (Ann Arbor, Michigan area).
I am a newbie to this geneology searching, and my information isn't orgainzed yet, but I do know of another Zahn relative that has tabulated a great deal of Zahn data for this line of Zahn's. Please let me know if there is any association with the George Zahn you are searching for. Thanks.
