Johann, Caroline, and Reinhold Zacharias

I am searching for Johann Zacharias (b. @ 1857 in Schleswig-Hollstein), his wife Caroline (Wodrich) Zacharias (b. 1859 in Pomerania), and their son Reinhold, called Rhienie (b. in Chicago in 1889). The family was living in Chicago in the 1900 Census.
Caroline (Carrie) died in Chicago in 1933. The family may have lived in California at some time between 1900 and 1930. I have no further info - when did Johann die, and where is he buried? And what about Reinhold??
