I'm tracing the Hutchings men -- trying to find their parents -- and thought I might go roundabout through their wives. John Hutchings married Susannah Youree, so I DO have some notes that may help you -- maybe not.

From Sumner County Wills, 1842 TN:
Will of Alexander Youree 2/20/1810 names wife Meary (sic); son Wm P. Youree; son Francis; dtr "Susannah Hutchins". "My son Patrick Youree. My dtr Fanny Rutledge." Wit: Francis Youree, Patrick Youree"

However, the next will of William in 1817, mentions John Hutchings but not his wife, Susannah. Was she dead by that time?:

Sumner Co, wills 1842, TN
Will of Wm P. Youree 11/1817, names, "son Alexander...dtr Mary...wife Nancy; brother Francis Youree's son Wm C. Youree...
Brother Patrick; Youree's dtr Fanny; "My brother John Hutchings, son William Youree"; friend Francis Youree."

I may have the originals xeroxed, I'll have to look through notes. If you have ANYthing on John Hutchings, PLEASE let me know! Hope this helped!
