Charles Newton Yount

While playing around on the net the other day, I found the following:

From the "Tulsa World"; Charles Newton Yount, age 55 living at 1400N. Detroit Ave., died 1922-04-28. His body was taken to Hulbert, Oklahoma for services and burial.

My interest in Charles is that my grandmother was born in Indian Territory, Oklahoma, in Sept. of 1903. One her birth certificate, Charles Yount is listed as her father. She always told us, her parents had married in July of 1903. We find NO marriage to a Charles Yount, HOWEVER, we do find Sarah Marion being married to a Charles Yount. Could Charles Yount and Charles Newton, in fact be, Charles Newton Yount? If anyone knows anything about this guy, information would be appreciated. Thank you

bill Shelton
