Dear Mr. Zickgraf.
I have an interesting bit of info on the Yunker family. I live in Winchester, Indiana in a home that was owned by the Yunker family since it was built back in the mid to late 1800s. Charles Yunker was married to a Mary Pomeroy and from that marriage a Grace Yunker was born and raised in our home until her death in her 90s (or close to 90s). Her mother Mary (Charles Yunker's wife) was the daughter of Phineus Pomeroy who was a civil engineer in Winchester, as was Charles Yunker. My family and I are the only other persons who have lived in the Yunker home in Winchester since it was designed and built by Phineus Pomeroy for his daughter Mary and her husband Charles Yunker. When we moved here we found the original architectual drawing to our home that was designed by Mary Yunker's father. At the library I was able to find the obituaries on Mary Pomeroy Yunker(who was married to Charles) and her mother as well as her father Phineus.

If this is the same Charles Yunker who was related to you, I thought you might enjoy this information.
