Jean, there is so much misinformation on James, that I cannot possibly come up with anything definitive to tell you. Some have him married to Mary Nall. I just don't know about him. There are too many conflicting "stories" about him out there and nothing that's proven. I had "James" in my ancestry...one is son of William Younger and Mary Watkins; one is son of Thomas (I think this is your James), one is son of Williamson/Mary Bomar Younger, and one is son of William/Louisa Patton Younger.

Sorry I couldn't help you. It's all very confusing.
