Younger that we have been discussing, however, I did find a record of a C.S. Younger departing from Seattle Wash. bound for Alaska in the 1900 census. Unfortunately it does not state age or birth location, so impossible to tie it down to your Charles S. Younger. Just a possibility. Wilma Notify Administrator about this message?
