I am really of no relation to the Youngblood line, however My GGreat Grandmothers half sister Sophia Amanda Woolam-Buckalew-Smith had a daughter in law named Minnie Eugenia Youngblood. Here is Minnie's line:
Joseph Banks Youngblood bn abt 1848 Louisiana
married Martha "Mattie" B Ramsey Alabama 1848 abt 1867.
I will enclose all I have and hopefully you will find a connection for Joseph's parents.
I can not seem to find which of the 1850 or 1860 census families he belongs in.

I have no death date but have a picture of his and Minnie's headstones which are side by side.

The cemetery where Joseph B YB is buried is in Cleveland, Liberty, TX there is Minnie YB Smith's son Barley and his wife then Minnie Smith, then a Joanna Youngblood 1880 to 1960, this could be "Jodie" of the census. then there is Joseph civil war marker.
I find myself doing this quit often, I call it coming in the back door, my information is from internet and I have actually visited the cemetery.
Findagrave.com is a great source, alot of people are photographing cemeteries and this helps with dates etc.
I hope this helps someone and perhaps I can find Joseph some parents.
