NM was still a territory until 1912 and Tucumcari didn't exist until 1901. There was a little place called Liberty near there where a few people lived, but at that time, Santa Rosa, in Guadalupe Co., was about the only town in that part of the country. Are you sure his name was Youngblood? (I grew up in Tucumcari.)
