If you haven't already I suggest trying to get the death certificates and obituaries Charles and Elizabeth. Both could have the parents' names and possibly exactly where in Germany they were born. The obits might list siblings. The marriage records of the children may list important info on their parents such as where they born. In Pennsylvania marriage records are recorded at the Register of Wills Office in each county. Naturalization records are recorded at the Prothonotary's Office for each county (although some were recorded at the federal level).
The Historical Society of Western Pennsylvania, Western Pennsylvania Genealogical Society and the Baldwin Historical Society (at the Baldwin Library) may be able to help you find death dates and obits.
The name was probably originally Jung.
Some of census records you can look at for free at labs.familysearch.org and Ancestry.com. For those records at Ancestry you cannot see for free I suggest checking with your local libraries to see if they have Ancestry (such as the WWI draft cards).
