I am searching for information on a James Young (Mar 5 1760-Aug 6 1841). He was born in Bethlehem Twp., Hunterdon Co., NJ and died in Beaver Co., PA. His first wife was named Elizabeth and they were married in Mercer Co., PA. I have seen her last name listed as Thatcher, Semple, and Wilson. She was born about 1760. They had four children: James, Susannah, Mary, and Jane. Jane was married to Walker Buchanan and James married Hannah Zohniser / Zahnizser / Zahniser.
James Young Sr. remarried to Prudence Stewart on May 27 1813. She was born Sep 8 1764 in Carlisle, PA.
James Sr. had at least two brothers, Philip (b. Jan 1762 in Bethlehem Twp., Hunterdon Co., NJ, died before 1859 in Beaver Co., PA) and William (b. Dec 16 1766 in Bethlehem Twp., Hunterdon Co., NJ; died Dec 16 1837 in Beaver Co., PA).
William was married to Catharine Miller in Allegheny Co., PA.
Philip's wife is unknown, but he had four children: Anna Lydia (married to John Lewis), James, Fanny, and Catherine.
