I am searching for any information about my grandfather,Joseph F. Yonts
b. 1873 in Kentucky(where?) d.1927 in Davenport Ia. He
married Eleanor/Ella Dean in Illinois in 1906 or 1908.

In a 1925 Buffalo Township Ia. census he lists his parents as Archibald
Yonts and Mary Pannell of Muhlenberg Ky,
however I cannot connect him in any other way. His
death cert. only lists his father's name as "Yonts"
and his mother "unknown".

Any information on Joseph or any other
Yonts family(any spelling) would be greatly appreciated.
