He was the son of Isaac & Drucilla/Precilla York, as was Cyrus. We visited Marietta last July and located the tomb of Durcilla/Precilla, Tomb of Isaac remains missing. We know that Billington is buried in Atlanta, at Westview Cemetery. Grave marker is un-located but we have the record posted at Findagrave.com which includes an old newspaper clipping of his passing and burial. We have more data on him and would be happy to share.
