I believe Ezekiel and Jeremiah in that particular 1772 record in PA are brothers. Another brother probably ther at the same time was Joshua. They may all have arrived in PA together from VA. Jeremiah and Joshua served in the 8th PA Regt during the Revolution. Joshua went to Mason KY in 1790. The others (&families)may have gone with him. Ezechiel appears in the 1800 Mason Census. Jeremiah died there in 1797.
One has to be careful many of these names appear over and over and do not always indicate the same person. There were many, many Yorks in the midwest after 1800.
