Logan Co.,Ky. in 1783 on the Green River, m.Sarah Younce,b.c.1785, d/o John Younce,<1805. Probably around New Waters Township, Ashe Co.,NC. Sarah died in Spring Place Murry Co.,Ga.<Mar 1860 at 75 years of age. J.L.F.Sr.'s brother,Peter Fouts, b. 10 Nov 1766 Uwharrie Waters, Rowan Co,NC.,d.20 Nov.1838 Clay,Carroll Co, Indiana, m. Catherine Younce, d/o Lawrence Younce, c.1791. Peter lived E.Tn,1784,Wilkes Co.,NC,1790,Randolph Co.,NC 1792,Ashe Co.,NC 1795-1801,Maryland, 1801-1816, and family legend has it they split in 1810. They were Dunkers,so try the Church of the Bretheren web sites.
