Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

How far back did you wish to go?
JW Yoke was my 4th great-granduncle, according to the relationship charts. His brother Elias was my 4th great-grandfather. Elias' son Isaac, who fought in the Civil War, was my 3rd great-grandfather.

John and Elias were sons of John Yock and Margaret Catherine Carpenter. That is as far back as I have, although there is speculation that the father of John Yock was Tobias Yoke.
