Trying to find information about the family (ancestors or descendants) of Lieutenant Commander and Executive Officer of the submarine USS Runner (SS-275) that was lost during WW II north of Hokkaido, Japan on July 11, 1943 possibly sunk by a mine. Jud was born Dec. 23, 1911 and came from Youngstown, OH.
