Amanda Jane Yocum was born in Powell County, Kentucky circa 1858. Her father was John Milton Yocum, born 1826, in Powell County, Ky. Amanda's mother, Jane Hudson Yocum, born 1828, in Powell County. Amanda Yocum married Perry Trimble, 13th of December 1874. They had three children. One of the children ,John Prewitt Trimble, or Prewitt Trimble was my grandfather. If you know anything about this family I would so appreciate hearing from you.
