Yinger/Gengert/Juengert/Yuengert ????

Anyone out there with a name like this? My great grandfather was Henry YINGER...his naturalization paper has the spelling GENGERT...he emigrated from Russia (Zhitomir area..a German village)in about 1900, went to PA/WI/OR/WA. GENGERT appears to be a Russian spelling of an original name..pronounced phonetically as YINGER..so that's what it became in this country (except, I do know that the original had a T on the end.) I'm trying to find out if anyone else has this same problem..or maybe knows about this name..
