I do know that there are no Peggy's in the family. Evelyn and my Uncle Carl had two children in which Milt raised the girl........Patricia......Milt was the town Marshal for awhile at one time. He died in LaPorte, Indiana and my Aunt moved back to Pennsylvania with her son. I wish I could be of more help. But, no Peggy in this family that I know of !
