Mr. Fugate,

I am also interested in the Yearian's of West Virginia. I don't know if this will help you or not, but I found a Henry Yearian, age 40, on the 1900 U.S. Census, in Clay County W.VA, Township of Henry Magisterial District. There are 5 children listed with no mother. Perhaps died during childbirth as the youngest is only 1 years old. The children are as follows: Rilla, age 12, Kate, age 8, Charles (my grandfather), age 4, Manora, age 3, and Oscar age 1. Like I said, I don't know if this will help you, but there are several similarities to your information.
