i am one of your cousins from the yerby and possibly the dodsons too. i just found yours and johnnys messages today. my g-grandfater was john samuel yerby and g-grandmother was alice malinda yerby. their son louis yerby was my grand father and my dad is sam. a yerby reunion should be coming up soon. at least ihope so. we just lost a dear great aunt last month her name was dicy yerby, she was married to my grandfathers brother leon yerby. there are not many of the yerbys left anymore it would be nice if we can all get together again. on the dodson side my g-grandfather was gilbert dodson of belk,al and his wife maureen webster. email me and i will try to find out more for you or refer you to someone who can answer you questions.
