searching for deeper ancestry

I have come across some interesting tidbits of information of the yeoman(s) family going back as far to the 1340s. It is sporadic and sparse of course. I would like to know if anybody has knowledge or information on John Yoman who was a shipmaster in London of the "Trinite Bole" or Trinity Bull and the "John" of London in 1480-1481 AD.

Also, would like information on a William Yoman who had a house in Eltham known as "Corbet House". It may have been situated on the palace grounds, nearby or associated with it as William Yoman was a Yeoman of the Household during the reign of King Richard II it seems.

Any help that can get me as far back as possible would be greatly appreciated. I've had no luck with the Domesday book, and I have scoured that thing so many times and if the family surname is in there I missed it (wouldn't be surprised)
