I assome "Yee" is the last name.

I have a George H. Bryant b. abt 1888 who ran away from home and changed his name. In his papers we found:

Yee Ching Yat - Lone Tree Co., Haywood, Ca. --father
and
Yee Dung Gook

Bryant may have been his mother's maiden name. George Bryant was in St. Louis, Missouri from about 1930.

Any help appreciated.
