Hello Norma,
After all this time, it's been fun to hear something about the Yeatmans!I don't know a great deal more except that I did obtain a photocopy of the marriage of Samuel Bridgland and Juliana (sic) Yeatman on May 4, 1845 in St. Martin's in the Fields. On that document her father's name was listed as John Yeatman, and his occupation was listed as "Steward".Also, a witness was Sarah Elizabeth Burfield which, I believe, is the maiden name of Jane, Juliana and Henry's (and William's and Charles') mother.
Fasting may have been a nickname of John.Too bad there is no anecdotal material on ordinary people from the distant past!
Did Henry emigrate to Canada?Or did one of his children?
I'm a bit out of touch with the details of my Canada (my father's) side of the family.Have been concentrating on my mother's Irish family.Hope this gives you just a little more to go on.
