I had George as Jacobs father from a margin note in a land transaction that took place during the Revolution when his father acted for Jacob and noted his relationship in the margin. This is the only record I could find linking them. I have that a George Yeast was in the Maryland militia pre French and Indian War. Do you know anything about this service? What are your sources for the mother's name? Has anyone done any research in Germany? The Palatines in America records show George arriving in Philadelphia, I believe. Would love to share information. By the way, some very bad records have gotten into the DAR on Jacob, that have his descendants all wrong. Jacobs son Jacob fought at the Battle of New Orleans in the War of 1812.
