Benedict's children were baptised at the Low Dutch Reformed
Church in Adams Co. PA in the 1770's. After the Revolution he was living and owning land in Lee Co. VA near the Cumberland Gap. His children baptised in PA were William and Margretta/Margaret. William was c.1800 a landowner in Lee County and became a JP there a few years later. Henry, another son was also in Lee.
Can anyone tell me if Margaret Yeary became the wife of another descendant of PA Dutch, Christian Plank, whose grandfather, Christian Blanck/Plank moved from PA to the Valley of Virginia with the Joist Hite party of settlers in
the mid 1730s. Any information about Margaret would be very much appreciated.
Christian Plank and his wife, Margaret, later moved through the Cumberland Gap into Claiborne County, TN c.1828.
