Read your post regarding Edward Earwood (Irwood). Wallace and Biddy Creasman were my GGG grandparents. My mother said that Edward was the nephew of Wallace's sister that he and Biddy took in after his mother (Mary Creasman, Chrisman, Creaseman) died. She said, from what has been told through family history, that Edward was a small child or infant when Wallace and Biddy took him in. We believe both his parents died or perhaps his father couldn't care for him and gave him to Wallace and Biddy.
