Yearwood, Barton30 NC
p.263
Yearwood, Thomas80 NC
I think that this Thomas is a likely candidate to be the father of your William Riley (but NO I don't have PROOF)
1)Notice that this was the only (Y)Earwood in SC from 1820 to 1840 old enough to be W.R.'s father.
2)Notice that this Thomas was in Georgia in 1850 and you mentioned that your W.R. lived in Georgia in 1853.
3)Notice the Barton Yearwood listed nearby in 1850--you mentioned a Samuel BARTON Yearwood?Perhaps, this Barton is another son of Thomas and a brother to your W.R.??
4)You stated that your W.R.'s parents were born in NORTH Carolina. This Thomas was born in NC.In the 1810 census, he was listed in Lincoln Co NC.
