Yahraus Connection in Bavaria 1850

I am looking for information on the origin of Elizabeth Yahraus, indicated in the censuses to be from Bavaria. It is quite likely that this name is derived from Jahraus, which I presume is also the origin of Yearout. Does anyone have any information that might help me look for this "needle in a haystack"?
