My family was totally misrepresented in this infamous book. From what I was told, he wrote various Yearouts asking for their family trees. A cousin sent in misinformation and we are still in process of trying to get our line recognized. It is as though we do not exist at all.
If your line had no skeletons hiding in the closet, perhaps this is the book for you, but please do your own research using the book only as a guide.
