I have a deed from Wake Co. NC from Joseph and Ann Yeargain to William F. Askew for property in the Barton's Creek area (north of Raleigh), dated October 5, 1871. Does anyone know who the father of this Joseph Yeargain was? The property adjoined R. S. Allen, J. M. Crenshaw, and D. F. Fort.
