Opps, I went home and checked my records and found that John, the son of Rev. John who was the son of Andrew is (I don't think) not the same John B. you speak of. I have a John B. born 1801 in SC, died August 2, 1874, married to a Martha Crump, who died in September 1884 in Etowah, Alabama.
They had a son Jasper Yeargin born in 1828,near Rome, Georga, died December 12, 1862 in Grenada, Miss., married to Mary E. Holcomb.
