Terry, would you have any information on a John Yeadon born approximately 1752, married and Elizabeth and moved to Nova Scotia by 1790.

According to family tradition John came from a family of some wealth and was receiving a legacy (this we do know is true) from England, possibly from his father's estate. The family in Nova Scotia had very limited means of support. It is rumored that John left England after his family had been killed or murdered.

Do you know of any connection between this Yeadon Family and the line you are following?

Any information you might have would be greatly appreciated.
