I found this website by accident. It doesn't say what state or country it is in. It is the registry of the burials at Headingly cemetery.

There are 5 Yeadon Burials, 1 Betty ProctOr d/o James, and 3 ProctErs. The deaths range from 1782-1826. The 1826 death was James Procter who was 78.

The towns the people were from, or died in include Burley, Leeds, Woodhouse, Kirkstall, and Headingly.

Please Post if you know about this place or if the site gives info that correlates to your research.

There is also an Ann Leach, widow of Leeds who died in 1811. This caught my eye because all these are surnames of families that intermarried in America.

What do you know?
