It is thought that Marion Yazbeck/Yezbek/Yezbeck was born in Syria about 1835. She married John Ayoub and they had at least 2 sons - Nayeff (1870) and John/Jack (1865) - who migrated to Australia in 1888. John/Jack was also known as ?Fudlallah? or Uncle Fud. The Ayoubs came from Dhour Choueir or anglicised as ?Shewier? or ?Shewire? is now IDhour Choueir. It is also known as Dhourshwire or Dhour Choueir.
