My maiden name is Yavner. I was born and raised in Norfolk, VA. I don't know whether we are related or not, but, it's not like there are a slew of Yavner's running around. My father(Alvin) who is 75 is one of six brothers and sisters. His father was Robert Simon and his mother was Bessie Glasser. Most of my relatives reside in the Tidewater area. But you never know.
