G'day from Australia,1905

Just wanted to say hello from the Yauns down here in Australia. My father David is the son of Eden and Les Yaun who were on of the early pioneers of our hinterland. They came out in 1905. We have a patch of about 20 other Yauns that live in the picturesque Numinbah Valley behind Queenslands Gold Coast. One of my cousins has done a family circle that goes back many generations. We originally thought we were of Scottish heritage but further back we found we are from Scandinavia. Although my knowledge is quite patchy it is interesting to see so many of us spread throughout the world.
So here is a big GDAY to all the Yaun people.
